msoe.dll error message

hi,
can anyone give a solution path to resolve this problem:
I transfered my address book form my old system's OE to
another system. And it was working perfectly but i
discover recently that anytime i try to right click any
of my contacts and goes to properties and erroe message
will be generated with source msoe.dll. And my OE will be
shut down afterwards.
please help!!!
