Most news servers carry the comp.databases.ms-access newsgroup, which was
around long before Microsoft even created msnews. You can also see the
websites in my .sig, and there are others which I haven't investigated.

I would recommend comp.databases.ms-access and
microsoft.public.access. These seem to me to be the most active
newsgroups since MS has changed their support policies.

I'm puzzled because according to your newsgroup headers you are
posting to the microsoft.public.access newsgroup from your ISPs nws
server. So keep posting. This newsgroup is no longer also hosted
by Microsoft but it is still alive.
