MSNBC Display problem

Recently, MSNBC changed their web page. from that point on. I've been
getting odd text characters in place of punctuation, special characters,
etc. It looks like a problem with the font but I'm using the normal font
size. Any ideas?

It uses UTF-8 encoding. If you have Vies | Encoding set to Auto-select it
should be automatic.
