msn13.mailview

Im running on XP. No new programs or updates since I got this problem.. I
can see my mail on my front page but cannot open mail. I get a screen
saying windows doesnt recognize the program needed to open this file its
called msn13.mailview. any help would be great...Thanks!
 
You can uninstall, and reinstall the "MSN Explorer", by unchecking the checkbox for it (OK), and restarting windows to recheck the
checkbox.

Control Panel,add/remove programs, "Add Remove Windows Components" icon, scroll down to "MSN Explorer"
