MSN opening window

Window keeps opening repeatedly withiut my clicking onthe butterfly. How can
you stop this?
 
Two ways to disable MSN Window to come up on startup :

1. Start>Run>MSConfig>Startup>Untick msmsgs.exe

2.
Open MSN Messenger.
From the Tools menu, choose Options.
Uncheck the box next to Always run this program so that I can receive
notifications and messages whenever I am online.
Click the OK button.

Try any one of those
 
Could not find "msmsps.exe" or "Always run---etc.", but thanks anyway.
