MSN Msgr 7.0 - Video Not Received

Friend can't receive my video using 7.0. I am on 7.0 as well. All looks
fine on my end. She can hear me, not see me.

She gets the invitation to join the video conversation, and just as quickly
a msg comes up that the invitation has been cancelled.

She has a recent vintage dell with XP.

Has she gone through the Audio/Video Tuning Wizard recently? If not, she can by clicking the
Tools menu, the Audio/Video Tuning Wizard.

thanks. even if she just is receiving (she has no camera), she needs to do

Hi,

Well if the settings are incorrect (for example, if its been initiated once and used a device
that's no longer there), you'll see that "instant cancel" behavior. Going through the wizard
again would correct that.

However, this is just referring to video conversation; if you were just using the "Webcam"
(separate features) this shouldn't be an issue.
