MSN Messenger

I am using Win XP with MSN messenger 6.1. Able to connect
ok with audio and connection is good and clear. As soon as
I add video I can connect but connection on both video and
audio start to break up. Can anyone offer suggestions or
links to sites that may be able to help. System 2.4g proc.
Ati 9000 card. Dial up modem, unable to get high speed.
Any help would be appreciated.
 
I'd suggest that your internet connection, being dial up,
isn't really big enough to handle video... so I'd not use
it if I were you, until you can get high speed access.
