MSN Messenger turns on when we start Outlook 2003

How the heck do I turn it off? I have turned it off in the MSN options so it doesn't start when Windows does.
I have gone to Outlook....Tools...Options and unchecked the Peoples names thing that was recommended. It still turns on.

Help please if you can!!
 
I also have the same problem. IE used to open up when I cicked "My email
inbox" from the msn menu, but now Outlook opens up instead. I've changed the
settings in Outlook just like Help said, and still nothing. What do I do now??
