MSN Messenger No audio out

When I use the audio portion of messenger the person I am
talking to dose not her me. I have set this up in the
same room on two difrent computers and run the
Audio/Video tuning wiszerd the mic shows it is working
fine. But when I conect and start audio conversaion even
thowe the mic on my end is showing that I have audio the
other person dose not her me. I am using Windows XP Pro
MSN Messenger 6.0 and Logitech ClickSmart 410 camra

I had the same problem

When I de-selected the QoS Packet Scheduler (Local Area Connection) on both
ends, it worked.
