When i push send or enter for an instand message it takes
up to 40 secs to send how can I fix?
 
Even though I'm new here, I'll try to help, since it's seems you're not
getting a response.
While you are waiting 40 seconds for a response, click Cntl+Alt+Del or
Cntl+Shift+Esc, and look at the Processes and Performance tabs in Task
Manager. Since there are many possible causes, this process could help
eliminate some possibilities. For example. Is any process using 99% of
your CPU ? Is the Total Commit Charge near the Commit Charge Limit ?
(search Help for what these mean.)

Are you using MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger (you can quickly check by clicking the Help
menu, then About)?

If Windows Messenger, you might want to check to make sure that you have the latest version
of DirectX9 installed, as previous versions could cause this to happen:
