MSN KEEPS CHANGING MY QUESTION MARKS INTO FRENCH E'S

hey, my msn's being really weird... i just bought a new laptop with vista and
msn was working just fine, but today my question marks suddenly kept turning
into french e's with an accent on top, and it only happens on msn and when
I'm on internet explorer, can someone plz help me fix this? thankyou

Hi,

From IE, click tools/internet options and click languages at the bottom of
the first tab. Make sure the default/first one listed is your preferred
language.
