The only client that supports custom emoticons is MSN Messenger 6. To use them, open up any
conversation window, click the Tools menu, then Create Emoticons, then click the Add button,
and go through the process to find the emoticons. You'll need to assign a shortcut [like
(hi)] and then click OK.
