Msn installation error

Whenever I boot up my Windows XP machine I get two error
messages saying that messenger Plus! is not installed
properly. They're the same error just displayed twice.
When I close it sends me to an MSN download page, i've re-
downloaded it twice and it still doesn't go away, can
anybody help with getting rid of it or fixing this error?

Messenger Plus is not a Microsoft application, try reinstalling Messenger Plus from here:
