MSN file missing

When I run Norton Sytem works, I get a registry error "C:\ProgramFiles\MSN
Messenger\MSN MSGR.Exe. can not access a neccessary file. MS vcr80dll" Msn
messgr. seems ok, but what do I do re the file?

Ignore this, this is nonsense. Messenger is designed to work on multiple versions of Windows
which is the reason Norton gets confused and starts complaining.

To be honest, WinDoctor or whatever they're calling it nowadays is a pretty lousy tool and
best abandoned.
