I am able to sign in online but then an error message pops up saying MSN
Explorer experienced an internal error and needs to close/restart. It
continues to say that if I was in the middle of something, it may be
lost...asks if I want to send the error report...
I have shut the comp down totally, I have restarted the comp...nothing
works. I have even tried to go to Gateway to get online tech help (remote
assiatance) but it tells me my comp cannot read script java applets. It tells
me how to correct it and I "correct it" by following the directions and
re-try to get access to online help and it tells me the same thing again even
though I have "fixed" the problem with the script java applet...HELP!!!!! We
cannot get online AT ALL. Iam now going through AOL Explorer to access this...
