MSN 6.1 not updating OE6 contacts?

Hi,

I notice that having upgraded from Windows Messenger to MSN Messenger the
contacts list within Outlook Express no longer get updated with the persons
online status.

Can this be changed?

Unfortunately no, MSN Messenger 6.x does not have the capability to integrate with Outlook
Express.

I'm wondering why it worked in win98 with MSN Messenger 6 and Outlook
Express 6...

Hi Jens,

It still does work in Windows XP -- but only with Windows Messenger (the Messenger client
that comes with Windows XP). MSN Messenger on Windows XP is a separate application and as
such, does work the same.
