MSMSQ fails

I manage some Windows 2000 pro. PC's. We use MSMQ client and in some PC's
the Msmq seems to fail working(though it seems installed in the "Components"
tab.. The solution is to uninstall from the "Components" tab and than to
reinstall again from the same "Components" tab.

Can someone advise please why does this happen and how to get rid of that?
