MSMGT.exe

does anyone know what MSMGT.exe is? it attatched to C
drive in windows and will not delete. i first noticed it
when mcafee firewall warned me it was trying to access the
internet. i chose to deny access and hit o.k. but the
warning box just stayed up there. the only other option is
to let it access the internet and i'm afraid to. HELP!!!

I just searched Google, and thought I had come up with a result, but then I
discovered it was a post from you to another group.

Are you sure you don't mean MSMGS.exe? If so that is the Windows Messenger
service. If you did mean msmgt I really don't know what that is, but it
doesn't come with Windows.
