msjet40 error when starting database

One of my users using Citrix is getting 'Cannot load DLL file msjet40.dll' when starting any of my databases. I've found that msjet is an extra installation for Access that allows users to view databases. (Shame its not inbuilt), and I've also found that the version msjet on the users PC is msjet35 (or similar).
My question is - How do you go about updating msjet40 for a Citrix session. Is the install placed on the local PC or through the Citrix session, and if it is through Citrix, are there command parameters that I have to be aware of
 
If you go to the Microsoft DLL Help page
http://support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp you'll see
that msjet40.dll is installed by a number of different products.

Office 2000 installs it, it's part of the OS, and other products install it
as well.

msjet40.dll is required by Office 2000, Office 2002 and Office 2003. If your
users only have msjet35.dll, then they must only have Office 97 installed.

Afraid I don't have specific information on how to install it for Citrix,
though.
