msizap.exe and On Demand Installer

hi. iv had several problems recently concernening windows
installer and the internet. everytime i load the
internet, microsoft word 2002 installer loads and trys to
install Word 2002 even though i do not have it. i have
recently discovered this happening because of an on
demand installer that keeps attempting to install word
2002. iv typed in eventvwr.msc and look in the event log
book and there it was. many different events to do with
word 2002. i was advised to download Windows Installer
sdk which would install MSIZAP.exe on to my computer
which would allow me to enter the product code in the
event log book and delete all events to do with word 2002
which would stop the problem but when i double click on
the msizap icon it loads then turns it off straight away.
i have done this several times. there is no icon either
for this aplication apart from the standard blue
application box. how do i get msizap to run successfully
to do this problem and what do i do when i access the the
program.
