Hello

When i type msinfo32 in the cmd the help and support center opens. I
have just done a xpsp2 repair install.

Try to get the latest security updates and see if that will help and you get
the System Information instead of the Help & support.

Thanks for your reply , sure do appreciate it. I do not have a index.dat
at c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\offlinecache and i cannot see the attachment
that you said to save. If you could tell this old man where or how to find
the attached zip i sure would appreciate it.

Rebuilding the help center recreates the index.dat.

When I attached the file, I didn't realize that you were using CDO, which
means that you cannot see the attachment.

Yes its working but when i click on related topics or any link in the help
center nothing opens just those little note icons pops up each time i click .
oh well i guess thats another deal.
