MSinfo32.exe in Windows XP Pro

When I try to open System information (MSinfo32.exe) The Help and
support window opens.
And when I try to onep System info through Help and Support it will open
another Help and support window.
Any way to fix this?
I have replaced msinfo32.exe with a new file from my XP cd, but that did
not help.
