Can anyone help please? I've spent a while searching out an answer to
this problem. My start up has been abyssmally slow and I have problems
with programs running heavy on system resources (resulting in choppy
music).

In the Event Viewer, I get several of the following errors:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MsiInstaller

I have installed the most recent version of Windows Installer (3.1)
from Microsoft and have The Cleanup Utility on my computer, but not
sure what to remove and reinstall. When I do run it, there are four
blank entries for file names in the list.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks,
marc
