MSIE and Spawned pages: They do NOT open with content...

Strangest thing...

Norton NIS was on it, installed by client and improperly configured... has
been removed and uninstalled and now again removed and yet the same
situation is there...

Case in point... go to http://www.cdir.ca/tm/newsletters.htm and click on
the only newsletter. The client gets a spawned window but no content.

This happens on similar other sites as well.

Anyone?

I got some after an unusually long wait. Check with Task Manager.
If it shows you that something is happening with AcroRd32.exe
let it continue.
