MSI files are similar to EXE in that they are self-installing program files.
(MSI - MicroSoft Installer).
Why do you have copies in the \Windows folder? Usually they are programs you
downloaded and may need to insatll later if you have problems. Copy them to
wherever it is you save downloads.
