MSI and service pack 2 Problem

2 machines with MSI motherboard (875 neo and 845) after XP
service pack 2 installation happens system lock ups every
2-4 start.
I have installed windows xp home and professional edition
3 times now to both computers (NO other SW like virus
protection) + latest BIO and windows drivers from MSI.

Its not a power issue or memory issue. An its not a
craphics card issue (installed 9800XT ATI and 5950 Nvidia)
with latest drivers 3 times also.

Is there a severe problem between MSI drivers/BIOS and
service pack 2. Or what ?

This config works for me (don't know your exact mainboard P/N):

845E Max-L (MS-6566E) mainboard
P4 2.53 GHz
Mainboard BIOS 5.90
WinXP Home SP2

Did you install the motherboard chipset drivers? Just trying to help.
