MSI 4-2000

Our attempts to download MSI 4-2000 on Windows XP on our
Dell PC have been unsuccessful. Symantec advises that
this must be done in order for the Norton Internet
Security 2004 to be successfully installed. Please help.
 
Tell us why you have been unsuccessful.

We need more info on any errors or specific screens you've seen
