MsgBox Problem

I was having a problem with MsgBox not displaying the message and having
blank buttons.
I have applied the McAfee 8 patches 1 and 4 as suggested.
This has fixed the problem with existing msgboxes but any new ones I code
are still blank.
Where do I go Next?

Are the buttons still blank after turning off McAfee?
