Make sure to read the Readme file, which contains the following:

This beta is not supported by Microsoft Product Support Services.
In addition, since this is a pre-release product, you should not use this
on production machines, nor should you redistribute applications using
setups built with this toolkit.

Yeah, you are probably right.

Realize, however, that this is a "release candidate," which is essentially a
very late beta. When you see RTM version, you are talking a true release.

That was the reason I've put "release candiate" words near deployment kit
;-)
