Hi!
I am convinced that I have a corrupt mscvrt.dll file-I don't know how it happened. I would like to replace it to correct an annoying "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem...." error that occurs like 15 times a day. I have AdAware, Spybot S&D, and antivirus software, and my hijack this file checked out on an expert's site where I had it posted. Everything appears to be clean, but the problem persists. Sooooooo-where and how do I go about updating/replacing this particular .dll? I have been runnung Win98se on this machine for 5 years or so, and my original installation CD is pretty much trashed-is there any way to get this on-line? Thanks in advance for your help!
