msconfig

As most people know, in windows 98 and XP you can use the
msconfig utility from the start menu if you would like to
stop programs from starting when the computer boots up.
How would I go about doing this in windows 2000. Do I
need to go into the settings of each individual program?
Thanks ro your help.
