I posted a message recently about this. But for some reason it has gone from the forum.
So I am posting again.
I received one reply and tried to untick this from the Msconfig

startup?list but a message came up saying please restore as it is a system
utility.

Sorry to post this again but can anyone give me more advice on this. It is

bothering me not knowing what this thing is.

You're previous message is there. The problem is you are using the web
interface to access this group. It is hard to use and find messages.
Use a newsreader for better results. XP comes with one built in,
Outlook Express. Here is a link with info on how to set it up. You'll
be much happier.
