I turn off a lot of the startup programs to save startup loading time,
however there is a problem. It is also found in XP as well. Once you un-click
the checkbox for a startup program, it works. However, if you uninstall the
program, the program still stays evident in the startup box (msconfig). This
leads to a lot of clutter since useless lines take up space and don't
contribute to anything. If there was an option to cleanup this list, this
would be appreciated.
