What is the Windows 2000 equivalent to the Windows 98 "mconfig" in Start,
Run?

I need to get to the Startup tab in order to uncheck a program that is
starting up when I reboot.

There is not a similiar program in Windows 2000. However you can copy
Msconfig from a Windows XP system to Windows 2000 and it works fine. You
can't use the one from Windows 98 though.
