MSCONFIG ENTRY

So after all the talk about msconfig I decided to take a look at mine and
it looks fine except for one entry. The entry is checked, blank in "startup
item" and "command" but has a location of
"SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"
I unchecked it and my system seems to be running ok.

Can anyone tell me what this is and if it's nothing, how can I get rid of
it?

Some program deleted the contents of the value but didn't delete the value. No big deal. Ticked or unticked it still is nothing.
