msconfig and windows 2000

i know that when running windows 2000 i cannot run
msconfig by entering it at the ron option like on previous
versions, so how do i run the similiar program on windows
2000?

There is no similar program on Windows 2000. You must edit the
respective files manually as well as the registry through regedit.

You can use the the msconfig from xp. Take the .exe and put it in your
system32 folder.
