msconfg Missing

I tried to run mscnfg to delete QuickTime from my start up items, but my
puter cannot find msconfg. My Startup
folder is empty. My puter started up OK with all the startup items in the
systray.

It's neither msconfg nor mscnfg. It's msconfig.

And your startup folder is only one place where startups may execute.
The majority are in the registry.
