How will MSAS be different to counterspy there both the
same as of right now. So people why wait for MSAS to be
final when there's Counterspy which has the same feature
and definitions as MSAS.

You can be certain that both Sunbelt and Microsoft are working hard to
counter this opinion. Sunbelt has an innovative process in place to
pro-actively spider for malware, and add tbeir own layer of definitions to
those contractually provided by Microsoft.

As for the Microsoft angle, that awaits beta2, I think.

I choose Download updates for me, but let me choose when
to install them on Automatic Updates. doesn't seem to be
dowloading alert me if its downloading updates or when
it's finish downloading updates. does that option work on
limited account?

It does not work under limited accounts, I think you are referring to
Windows Update approach to utilizing an internet connection regardless its
Administrator or Limited user account to download updates. I hope we see
improvements to the way we obtain updates with beta 2 or at least
integration with Microsoft Update.

I'm not certain of this answer--it is quite possible that it does not work
on a limited account. The beta is both English only, and Administrator
only, in general.
