MSAccess and McAfee problems

We have run into the problem with a popup box when we open databases now.
Think it may have something to do with our latest version of McAfee. It is a
security warning box which tells us unknown publisher. We are using MSAccess
2003, but this also happens with Access2007. When the user clicks open
anyway seems like it locks the other person from opening the database until
the first person comes out. This never happened before with any databases.
Has anyone run into this problem or have any solutions. Thanks

Make sure that ALL users have the database open as shared, and that ALL
users have create and delete permissions on the folder that hold Access.
That is so they can create and delete the locking file when they leave. If
they don't have proper NTFS permissions, everyone can be locked out until
they leave.
