after running Microsoft Antispyware, it picks up
MSA64CHK.dll, and removes this, but after a reboot and
anther scan is performed this is again picked up

Great. You might want to do a tools, suspected spyware report, even though
you are cleaned up, to specify that this dialler--use the symantec name for
it--was present and couldn't be cleaned by Microsoft Antispyware.

I am not able to send the report as the firewall settings
won't allow it, is there an address i can send the report
to via email

I don't have an address to send the reports to--I've got one like that
myself.

I'm convinced the error message is erroneous, I see it intermittently at
home, but the one time I really needed to send such a report it was constant
and instantaneous.
