When I click on the View Tab and then on 100%, the document does not present
itself in 100% dimensions. For example 8 1/2 x11 page size is about 7 1/2"
wide.

What does 100% mean if it doesn't show it at 100% of its selected size?

How can I change it?

Thanks NJ

I have no idea what 100% means.

On one of my computers, Word at 100% represented an 8 1/2" page as 15". On
the same computer Acrobat represented an 8 1/2" page as 16 1/2". On another
of my computers, Word at 100% was 9 1/2" wide. Of course, the two computers
have two different sized monitors.

100% merely represents a standard or norm that other Zoom percentages are
related to. There is no way it can depict actual page size on every size
screen, at every resolution, and it is not intended to.
