Because I indiscrimately create docs. in several languages, how and where can I downlaod a foreign dictionnary, set-it up for use with these programs and them easily toggle between them...
 
You'd get a better response posting this in the Office
Newsgroup. Word is a part of Office not Windows. This

By the way, there is also a Windows Works Newsgroups you might address your
