How can two person from different computer with network connection, work on a
same shared document simultaneously?

Can compare and merge document do the trick?

Is there any solution cause we need to work together to finish a project fast.

You'll need to explain the task if you want suggestions on how to do it.

You can work on it together sequentially. You can each take a separate part
as a separate document and work on that, then bring your content together
for the final product. But, you can't each have the same document open and
be making changes to it at the same time.
