MS Word V/s Front Page

when word is heavily loaded with graphics it becomes very difficult to open
the file and at times file gets corrupted.
what is the alternate software to use in order to avoid this since front
page is used to create web pages?

I guess you're having a rough time grasping what we've told you. Once again,
FrontPage is for building web sites, not Word. If you are having Word
problems, post in a Word newsgroup.

WHAT are you trying to accomplish?

Are you creating a publication for print, or website?

If for print, you can use Word but not FrontPage. However, if your print
publication has lots of images you may want to use a layout program like MS
Publisher, Adobe InDesign which are designed for print. Doing a layout in
Word can be very frustrating btw.
