MS Word Template Error - Run time error '76': path not found

I m using Terminal Server with Trade Innovation
Application Server and facing problem in MS Word Template
(MS Word -> Insert -> Select Field List ) "Run time
error '76': path not found"
Both versions Office97 and Office2000 installed after one
by one. But we are encountering the above mentioned
problem in both MS Office versions.
Installation is done according to instructions of MISYS
and Microsoft on TI Application Server and Terminal
services.

Office97 installed followed by these two scripts:
office97.cmd and msword97.cmd OR
Office2000 installed through office resource kit and
followed all instructions including installation
with "TermSrvr.mst" file
Microsoft Data Access Component (MDAC 2.8) installed
followed by MDAC.cmd
TI Tools Citrix version (Rs305h) installed
Windows Script 5.0 installed

Would you please advise me what we have to do now?
