Ms Word - Cannot print - Mail Merge

In MS Word 2000,
Creating a merge mail - mailing label and in VB program
will automation call this merge mail .doc.
My problem is for printing, File -> Print -> Option - Page
Range
For the third option Pages. When i choose this option
and enter the pages i want to print it seem not response.
I have test several printer. And only for Merge mail
label document cannot work for the option no three. The
other document is ok. Any idea to make the Third option
work? Plz help

In the document produced by a mailmerge, each page is actually a section, so
it is necessary to specify the section number (s#) in place of the page
numbers (p# or #)
