MS Vista and Chinese font

I am going to buy a Toshiba laptop with MS Vista installed. It does not come
with the Vista DVD. Here are my questions

1 Where can I download the Chinese fonts for free?

2 If I need to reformat the PC later, can I reinstall it?

Thanks a lot.

If your laptop comes with Vista Ultimate, then you have nothing to worry
about... The Language Pack extras let's you use your whole OS in many
different languages (35 for now). If your laptop comes with a different
package of Vista, then this option is unavailable to you. You could get a
Chinese version of the whole OS (if available with your chosen laptop).

For the other question, most laptops have a recovery partition, which let's
you recover your computer and OS after a format or error. You should check
out the manufacturer's website for information about any recovery partitions
or recovery discs.

Happy New Year, and Good Luck!
