MS Virtual Machine

I have spent the last hour getting the run around on the
Microsoft web site...It almost makes me wish for another
Blaster virus...

I am trying to contact SOMEONE who knows about JAVA
virtual machine. I have encountered several websites that
say I need an update for my almost year old computer. I
click on the link and it dumps me on the Microsoft web
site. No update for MS Virtual machine. Lots of stuff for
networks and web hosts and net gurus. I am merely an end
user who is getting impatient when I click on a link to
get customer support and am constantly shown computer
manufacturers phone numbers for a problem with my
Microsoft software. Now some newsgroup person gets an
eyeful and Microsoft has avoided the whole issue of
customer support. Talk about pass the buck!

Would appreciate information about an updated virtual
program.
