MS snail mail SP3 CD?

In the past I requested an SP2 CD be mailed to me free by Microsoft. They
did. Will they do the same for SP3?
 
Yes, but maybe not just now. No announcement has been made as to when cds
will be available but NewEgg put the cds up for sale a couple of weeks ago
($5 plus shipping) and then removed the item.
