Is it really spying when all the information is publicly
available to anyone?

I suppose we're all spying then.

Yep - Google carries all this information already, if anyone cared to
unwrap it. And I'm sure the NSA/CIA/FBI/MI5/etc. all have their own
archives, databases, and analysis engines, most of which will sneer at
'X-No-archive' headers. 8>.
